Great Pool Area

The hotel experience was a mixed bag. While we found the room spacious and comfortable, the noise issues made for a rather unpleasant stay. The location was convenient for some activities, but the service left much to be desired, especially when it came to addressing our concerns. Overall, it's a budget option, but I would think twice before staying here again.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The location is great, just a short walk to the conference area, but the condition of the rooms is unacceptable. I stayed at this hotel for a recent conference and was somewhat disappointed with the room's appearance and facilities, needing some housekeeping and maintenance. However, Heather from guest relations was incredibly helpful and made my stay better. I also found the booking rate for another room to be quite reasonable, making it a good value option, especially for families, in a great location near Disneyland.
